CO₂ in the atmosphere

There are both natural and human sources of carbon dioxide emissions. Natural sources of CO₂ include decomposition, ocean release and respiration. Human sources of CO₂ come from human activities like cement production, deforestation as well as the burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas.

It is encouraged to use renewable energy resources to reduce CO₂ emissions in the atmosphere, and is imperative for the environment.

Global warming is the aftermath of extra CO₂, which increases the greenhouse effect. More heat is trapped by the atmosphere, causing the planet to raise temperature beyond standards.
